Tina Johnson is a PACE Registered Paralegal at Kennedy & Ruhsam Law Offices, P.A. She has worked in the estate and trust administration area since entering the legal field in 2000 and joined Kennedy & Ruhsam Law in 2020.
Tina assists with all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration, including drafting estate plans, probate and trust documents, transferring assets, preparing annual accountings, and preparing and filing of estate tax returns as well as fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates. Tina has also written and published several articles on estate planning and probate law and is an active leader with the Minnesota Paralegal Association.
Outside the office, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. She also enjoys music, fitness and health, and photography.
