About
Mary Willink is a paralegal in Kennedy & Ruhsam Law’s business, litigation, estate planning, tax and family law practices, having worked in civil litigation since 2011. Following completion of her Bachelor of Arts in English and ensuing stints in journalism, nonprofit work and publishing, she pursued her paralegal certification at Duke University. Since that time, she’s championed clarity and curiosity in the law and language. Also, alliteration.
Mary is fixated on the idea of advocacy and the many ways to serve good causes and good people. She consistently seeks out advanced education and opportunities to add value to her relationships and work product, including specialized healthcare and insurance courses. In 2013 she earned her PACE Registered Paralegal credential.
Outside of the office, Mary undertakes day trips with mostly-happy surprises in the south metro and western Wisconsin with her husband and three young daughters. She enjoys being on the water, themed dinner parties, live music and antiquing, in addition to reading and writing.
