About
Sam came to the Twin Cities from the Milwaukee area for college and found a permanent home. He earned his baccalaureate degree in Accounting at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. While completing his degree, Sam prepared income tax returns as an intern at a financial advisory firm.
After graduation, Sam pursued a law degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, focusing his studies on business and tax law. During his second and third year of law school, Sam worked as a clerk for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office. Sam helps clients through tax matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
When Sam isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sam is an avid Golden Gopher fan, who attends hockey, basketball, and football games throughout the fall and winter. His favorite spring and summer activity is to cheer on the Twins at Target Field. Sam stays active by playing hockey, softball and golf with his friends. To relax he spends time in the woods and out on the water.
